If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. We are happy to accommodate rescheduling to ensure you can still benefit from your coaching experience. Sessions missed without prior notice will be considered completed and are non-refundable.
In rare cases where a session or program cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances on our part, we will offer either a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
