I’m living proof that you can rise from a painful past and create a powerful new future. For most of my life, I carried the invisible weight of childhood trauma — not being seen, not being heard, and never feeling like I was enough. Growing up with a narcissistic mother and an emotionally absent, abusive father left deep wounds in my identity. I learned to survive by staying small, giving too much, and disconnecting from who I truly was.
For years, I lived in chaos — seeking love in the wrong places, numbing the pain, and chasing approval from people unable to give it. I rebelled hard… and I paid the price. But through all the heartbreak and darkness, I never stopped searching for healing.
That search is what led me to Neuro-Transformation Therapy™, Reiki Master healing, Business Coach & Different Maker Accelerator, I cracked open in a way nothing else could. I released years of suppressed emotion, outdated programming, limiting beliefs, and inherited pain I didn’t realize I was still carrying. For the first time, I wasn’t just surviving — I was healing. And more than that, I was remembering who I truly am.
